The shed is 8′ x 14′ with 7′ high walls, do we need permits to have pro built? How close to property line can it be?
You need to contact your town’s building & permits dept., they can usually give you an information packet for the specific job you want to do. The packet will include info like codes and ordinances, building tips, permit info, etc.
These kinds of projects are usually governed at the town level, not county.
